Ingredients

4 sheets Filo pastry

4 tbs Melted butter

Preparation

Pre-heat an oven to 180 degrees. Brush the sheets with butter and use a round cutter to create circles.

Place 2 circles on top of each other and press between 2 tartlet molds. Bake in the oven for 10min.
