Ingredients

2 Lobster heads

200 gr Butter

2 stalks Lemon grass

Preparation

Cut the uncooked lobster heads into small pieces and panfry until discoloured.

Cut the lemongrass into small pieces and add with the butter. Directly lower the heat and allow to simmer for 40 minutes.

Strain and use in sauces or other recipes.
