The flavour skills at Compartir are crazy, it's magical

For those who don't know. Compartir is Disfrutar's sister restaurant.. For those who don't know Disfrutar, perhaps better visit a different website.. (its one the world best 3 star restaurants, and currently #1 on the 50 best list). So obviously coming here, expectations are sky high. Far too often this is the perfect recipe for disappointment.

However, the flavour skills at Compartir are crazy. Not only is every ingredient of insane quality, and every component of every dish absolutely packed with flavour. It is the composition of the dishes that are one-of-a-kind. The kitchen uses techniques like oils, spherification, foams, emulsions, pickling and more to have the different flavour profiles in the dishes hit your tastebuds with delay one after the other. This means you truly get to taste each and every component in its full glory without taking away from the dish as a whole, and allowing the main ingredient to shine! 

It's magical and 100% worth the visit, you even take the somewhat uninvitingly bright lit dining room for granted!
