It is unbelievable how well executed every dish at 't Ganzenest* is. The flavours are clean and seasoned to perfection. The sauces are deep and complex. The presentation showcases the high quality ingredients. Hats off to Erik Tas, this is on another level.

Looking for a more accesible option? Erik also run's a Bib Gourmand restaurant in Leidschendam/Voorburg which is a 10 min drive from 't Ganzenest. Be sure to visit them also, but.. before you go there: Rush your ass to 't Ganzenest before they increase prices (and rightfully so) or gain their 2nd star. This is 100% recommended.
