Franco Mare (one michelin star) is a one-of-a-kind restaurant for two reasons. 1. The setting of the tables around the mozaic pool, bring you back to the roaring twenties and gives a Great-Gatsby-like experience. It is luxurious, elegant, refined, very classy and very very Italian. 2. Franco Mare serves familiar Italian flavours, giving you that warm feeling of nostalgia, but at the same time tweaks dishes using ingredients from all over the world to make them special and unique. The combination of the two is unforgettable.

2 or 3 courses and a dessert for respectively 95 and 135 EUR seem on the expensive side, but the abundance of amuse bouche, courses served on multiple platters and very royal petit fours, gives the feeling you have easily had a 4-6 course dinner which was worth every single cent!
