Pastis, located on Oude Molstraat in The Hague, is a restaurant in full blown French bistro style. Complete with round tables, a tiled floor, vintage mirrors and wooden benches. The menu features classic, unpolished French dishes such as onion soup, escargots, frog legs and confit de canard. What sets Pastis apart is its charmingly rough-trimmed edges. No-nonsense plating.. what you see is what you get.. to an extend is gives of somewhat of a rock 'n roll kind of vibe. It's nice.

In summer (or even winter for all you care), guests can also enjoy the outdoor terrace, perfect for sipping a glass of pastis and watching the world go by.
