Trying to find this place you will, most likely, drive your car into their neighbour's backyard. But, dont worry, she is very friendly and will point you in the right direction. Once parked it is a small walk to the impressive medieval and castle-like establishment that houses both this restaurant and the hotel. Dont expect luxury. Dont expect gourmet hospitality. Just expect unbelievably delicious food.

Their cheese and meat selections are from out of this world. And they will (so be warned) change the way you see and taste mozarella, cacio e pepe, parmesan etc. for ever. Oh and they have a stunning view..
