In the Halles area of Paris you find this Michelin starred bistro. And a bistro it is. There is no tasting menu, there is no wine pairing, there is no fancy pansy service and all the bells and whistles often come with fine dining restaurants. They simply offer friendly attentive service and great (slightly over the top indulgent) french food, executed to perfection.

And although they are not cheap, this is a restaurant you want to visit if you are looking for an unpretentious dining experience where they have somehow managed to shove truffles, foie gras and butter into almost every dish!
